i got a small but want to see how it is sized up before i decide to keep/return this one.

As far as I can recall, JE has never really done a capsule without releasing it on their own site as well. Maybe MR P had some exclusive deal for a few months and it will later release on the JE site later?

830$ for a denim jacket? wttf

Yeah it's pretty crazy, but not as expensive as some of the designer denim jackets I've seen lately (slp, Gucci, Dior).
I'm glad the basics have more or less stayed the same price. My concern is that the seasonal items will keep going up with all the "intricate" details and new fabrics they are developing. If JE becomes the next big "American sportswear" designer as he hopes, I hope his prices don't become too outrageous.
I'm already getting priced out in items currently.

Certain items I'm like ok yeah, I'll pay $1600 for a leather jacket because I'll only have one. Yeah ok I'll buy some jeans for $500, I'm not going to like it but ok. But damn I can't justify a denim jacket for more than $400. I think there are so many great options already that it just seems insane

we know the story for skittles denim. skittles shirt and hoodie is based on the real life rainbow that guided the leprechaun to the treasure. and MIJ. JK but not really. i do love the wash though lol, the price is just high.
