still waiting. It “processed” last thursday and should ship “any day now” . Patience was never my strongest quality.

+1 to the slower CS. Sent in a paloma to exchange for a speedway and it took almost a week after it arrived just for them to confirm that they received it.

Something is definitely different at the moment. Usually their customer service is one of the best things about the brand.
Where my boy Keegan at, he always holds it down

ALL THIS! Yea JE has been the GOAT on customer service but they definitely lagged the last month or so. I assume the BF stuff backed them up. Also Keegan always comes through!
