tips are welcome . I’m a hard gainer and I still wrestle 4+ times a week

Back when I was big into powerlifting I used to think the same thing about myself. After I started counting calories I realized I was only eating about 1800 calories a day. Start tracking how many calories you actually consume, I can 95% guarantee you it'll be surprisingly low.

100% this. Guaranteed not eating enough. If your not feeling sick from eating too much, you aren’t eating enough.
