What did you order and what did you get?

Happened to me once, but it wasn't a totally random situation. They used the wrong picture for an item, but the description and price was for the item they sent me.

Ordered the sly flannel (sold out now)
First order was the wrong size - honest mistake i guess. 2nd got a pair of heels in the mail. Their contact centre is no help either. Lesson learned will not be ordering from them again. Also lost money on the first return due to me being located in Canada and it being an international shipment. Will stick with SSense and JE
