Are the mrp black denims a carbon wash in person? I see pics that look carbon and others that look straight black. I already have neros but thinking if the wash is noticeably not plain black then it'd be worth getting.

Comparison with neros:

Neros on the left (black) and mr p on the right (slightly washed/faded black). I personally prefer the mr p pair. Obviously more versatile than knee rips
