Received Mishima in agar. Dig the frames but absolutely HATE the yellow lenses. Was thinking of just getting regular grey-green lenses, as I like looking through them (as say compared to blue or regular grey), but not very exciting. Should I try something else like mirrored lenses? (zoomer has them in gold gradient, green, or platinum but no clue how those will translate in real life)

Any other suggestions on lens color and good place to get them? I see purple being suggested a few posts above on argyles. Already got an amethyst gradient on a pair of Ichikawa dark havanas (from Black Optical). Maybe a non gradient version of that (the bottom half of the lens in the Ichikawa pic below), as the purplish type tint is pleasing to look out of and looks pretty good...what about purplish mirror flash?!

I have them in Noir 9 and love them. Maybe you could try the Taupe lenses.

Or the Sienna ones, as on the Nakahira.

I really dug xtra-active brown. It makes for a tonal look. It looks like a true brown.

They'll change behind the wheel though, and behind windows inside.

I tried out emerald green transitions and was disappointed. Feels more like a dingy grey-green, not different enough from the graphite green.
Ya I got emerald green on a pair of CGs and have to agree. I went back looking for videos and pics to confirm I didn’t get graphite because they’re really only greenish at full transition.

Which doesn't happen that commonly where I live.

My favourite transition ones are brown and sapphire so far. Even sapphire can often have a purple hue to it though, but I dig how it looks overall.

Lol! Canadian retailer. G is for Glasses. Link will be Canadian dollars. They also have the Loewy in Wax.

Please save me from myself.

Next time I'll just PM..lol. Definitely opened up the box for everyone to jump in on this. Now those Devauxs are long gone. Thanks for the share, next time I won't make the massive mistake of asking in a public forum!

This works well. I approve.

However, the other feller wearing the pink frames did not pull it off. Sorry to that other feller if he’s a user of this here electronic bulletin board, but his pink frames on him looked obnoxious and made him look borderline psychotic. With all my respect. Sorry if my opinion comes off harsh, but I just had to say it as it is.

The ones up top basically look clear though.

The ones on the bottom don't suit the guy's face, so I don't think it's a good comparison.

In fact this is my point: a gentle pink that's almost clear, as for Cameo or Dahlia, is pleasant and suitable, a solid one, no matter the fit, is too extravagant and doesn't look good.

Dahlia.
