There’s a pair of Ichikawa in sand up from an Aussie ebayer if anyone is still hunting
$920 AUD = $680 USD which doesn’t seem unreasonable (I’m in no way affiliated with the seller)For $1250???? Nah I'm good lol
Pray tell what does this Plaza look like? This was my favorite from the show today....I'll probably end up picking these up too!

And here's the chosen frame - Zephirin 47 in platinum - with prescription lenses (grey transitions) installed, so that I can actually now see them on my face! I'm quite pleased with them - they're comfortable, a bit different, but not so different as to stand out unless you look. I have two prescriptions, a distance and a reading prescription - progressives just never worked for me - so will need another pair with clear lenses before too long. I might swing for the fences and go for Ichikawas there.
But I've also ordered a pair of Fellinis in argyle with polarized brown prescription lenses, so I'm mostly bankrupt for now. The Ichis will likely have to wait for the new year, and perhaps a new color will emerge by then. Love the frame, but the noir is a bit dense.

Appreciate the feedback, but I like the size of them. I think you had recommended the Enzo or Molino 55 earlier and I couldn’t imagine using either as an optical frame—although I definitely appreciate the look—so I think we‘re looking for different things.too small
