Hmm, so my Belize's ended up being a bust. The frames were so heavy, I almost had a lesion start developing on my nose.

Sometimes that's how I learn though, through wasted $$$ and failures, and "I told you so!".

I'm going to see if my local JMM dealer will take them in as a trade-in.

In my head, I'm envisioning maybe going for a Fellini with yellow optical lenses.

That, or look into a pair of clear cat-eyes like the Kelly, with tinted light pink lenses. I still fantasize about taking some inspiration from one of my favourite anime villains. I think it'd work great with some camp collar shirts and my wild, curly hair.

With a number of the acetate frames, I recently picked up the Jaggers for a good price and have to say I'm a big fan. I was concerned they'd be too delicate, but they're super light, very comfortable, and a great fit. Sure you have to be careful with them, but I'm that way with my other frames anyway. Although I don't think they're $1,000 good. There's definitely room in the collection for both the chunky acetate and titanium. I'm tempted to pick up the 1962s as well. They're really similar, but probably distinct enough to justify (at least to myself).
I wanted to like the Jaggers so much but hesitated for several reasons you mentioned above. Too delicate and light for mine. If I'm buying titanium frames I like something to feel a little more sturdy and less whispy. Consequently, I've momentarily jumped out of the JMM box and purchased some T Henri frames which are handmade in the same factory as Chrome Hearts. The quality finish and weight of these is impeccably correct for my tastes.

Definitely stay away from the cats eye. Don't think that style even looks that good on most women.

Anyone noticed at the previous trunk shows any other upcoming Burgundy frame besides the Fellinis? Really dig the color, in my eyes looks better than Reserve

Anyone know where to get cheaper priced transition lenses?

I know Costco is cheap but they're a generation behind on the transistion tech and Zoomer is close to retail without the middleman tax added.
