Long time reader first time poster

Bought my first sport coat / blazer since paying more attention to fit and wanted a few more experienced eyes on it.

Its a Cordings Linen hopsack / wool blazer if it makes any difference

Fit doesn’t look bad for one picture but it does feel like an orphaned woolen suit jacket, especially with that ticket pocket.

Also the three-button cut is a bit anachronistic—a look that never really took off, probably as it crimps the chest whereas most men want a lower buttoning point that opens up the chest to form a wide, deep V from the lapels down to the navel—promoting at least the illusion that you’re a broad-shouldered muscleman.

On the other hand, it will make you look taller if that’s what you’re after.
