I bought this jacket from bmulford last week—it didn't quite fit, so I'm just looking to recoup what I paid. Original posting follows:

3 Season unworn Isaia Grey flannel 44R jacket. Never worn - perfect condition

Mid Grey flannel (wool / Cashmere) with rust windowpane over pattern.

How much material to let out the sleeves, assuming there are no functional button holes?

Yes, the button holes are non-functional. There's about 1.5 inches of material folded over on the cuff (not sure how much this translates to when let out). In the spirit of full disclosure, the sleeves were too short for me; however, I have long monkey arms, so YMMV.
