Ah, but have you seen the "Watch Cuff" shirt from Interno8? It's designed with Agnelli in mind and enables you to wear the watch through the cuff. They won some British design awards. They're very nice shirts, if a tad overpriced. Have a look through their online catalogue to find a picture of the "Polso Orologio": http://www.interno8.net/
What a ghastly web site. I hate Flash web sites. I couldn't find the shirt after a cursory look however the description you gave me of this shirt makes me think it's not likely something I'd wear :)
The shirt design strikes one as slightly tacky.

I suppose if you're having your shirts custom made, you COULD do it?

However, I'm not sure if that is the best way to promote the watch you've designed. Do you really think that will encourage people to ask you about your watch, or will it just make them think you are odd and actually avoid talking about your watch that is in an unusual place (i.e. over the cuff)?

Well, it's certainly not a "classic" look ... perhaps more trendy than stylish. And you're right in that it does scream "talk to me about my watch". Here's the best I could do for a picture of someone wearing it -- this one in a two-tone shirt... And here's a pic of the plain version folded and packaged:

If it's truly a "Billionaire Boys Club" shouldn't the shirt come with an actual watch?

And a nicer one than the one on the shirt but it will lose its irony factor...

I know someone who gets little loops on his (bespoke) shirt cuffs to hold the watch in place. Thanks to this twist he can pull it off, but it's a dangerous path to follow.
