I've never owned Dior Hommes myself, but from what i've read I don't think I would choose IA's over them. I agree that the fit and feel of my Hiro Ito's is nice, but in no way do I feel that they are worth the price (close to $320 CAD locally). I think the denim quality and the stitching leave a lot to be desired. However, the cut is great which is probably why they feel as good as they do, and the look is pretty unique too.

Brian I'm surprised you didn't read anything about those muslim jeans, (Al Quda if I read right?) Supposedly they're great for praying. No lie.
