I'd go back to that girl that broke my heart... and tell her in 15 years she'll look like a dried prune, married to a guy as exciting as a piece of 2 x 4, and wallowing in an existence whose highlights would be going out with their equally rich friends staring at each other's blank expressions, hiding their insecurities and bragging about their wealth while their spoiled bratty whelps are raised by hired help and will probably grow up sucking all of mommy's money dry. Oh, and I'd also get me a nice Savile Row suit with my 2007 money.

If I could go back in time with 2007 dollars, I'd probably buy a part-ownership in some of savile row tailors and bespoke shoemakers as well. Then I could be assured of a lifetime supply of good suits and shoes as a co-owner.

Also, probably grab a winning lottery ticket, some good value blue chips and a table and crystal in the process. In case you're wondering, the table and crystal will be for my fortune-telling business.
