How to pair my black & white textured blazer?

Hey guys,

How would you pair this black & white textured blazer? The white "spots" are confusing my camera - the blazer is darker than it looks on the photos.

Pants in medium- or dark gray (not the same shade), navy, dull olive, or medium- or dark brown, as wool or cotton trousers or chinos. Probably black dress shoes over dark brown or burgundy, not balmorals. The shoe material could be suede in some relatively casual situations. The dress shirt color/pattern can be just about anything appropriate to an office. Tie optional, and the jacket's fabric (pure wool?) would help point toward tie specifics.
