Good for you. I think it's ugly and embarassing if the undershirt is visible. JMO. If it's not visible, then I don't really care either way. I personally haven't worn an undershirt since I was about 10 years old

It bothers me a bit to see nipples, man boobs and saggy back through other peoples' shirts. While I'm in good shape, I do still have nipples, so I try to wear an undershirt with white shirts.

Skin tight undershirt works better because a baggy undershirt tends to sit right behind the sheer fabric, while a tight undershirt will be separated from the shirt by more distance. Put your hand against frosted glass--it's much more visible. Same principle.
