If you’re trying to attract younger women (<35) then male pattern baldness might impact your ability to get hot girls.
Given that you’re married, it should be a total non-issue, unless of course, you intend on re-entering the dating market soon either officially or surreptitiously.
My only advice is to know when it’s time to shave your head completely. Hanging on to the remaining vestiges of hair on the sides isn’t a becoming look if you’re concerned about your looks.
