Bacon is great, but not on burgers. Every burger is improved by an egg though.
I actually prefer egg to cheese on burgers. You can control the seasoning, you get the same unctuousness, it is healthier.

Got the Meat Your Maker grinder. It's like 60 pounds of metal and the size of an average Kitchenaid mixer. I did not need nearly this much meat making capability. Drunk shopping FTL.

Swapping out an underpowered, cheap grinder for my big Cabela was a definite win. Now 10# of grind in 2-3 minutes and it's all a clean grind with no smear. You'll be happy to have over capacity.

Aren't you only feeding like 3 people? lol
My only concern with a more powerful/high capacity commercial stuff is that you’d get more waste in the system.

No big deal if you are doing a 50-100# batch and half a pound is left stuck in the feed tube…not great if you are trying to do a 5# or smaller batch (or trying to grind 1.5# to make 3 burgers).

at least with a grinder you can always throw in some stale bread to get most of that meat through.
