in every seam there is more or less around 2, 3 cm of extra fabric, even in the sleeve. Maybe i can ask to correct it and bring it more on the inside 🤔 the faiding line will not go away because it's just the way it had been cutted, but maybe the seam could gain some cm inside. i will ask for him and his opinion! Thank for all for the feedback :)

An unexpected Day 6 of posing for my portrait - work concentrated on my face, and the removal of the mirror frame behind my head (to be re-positioned at a later date).

I took one photo directly at the end of today's session using ambient sunlight in the room, and two later, under artificial light, hence the color change. A detail is given showing the more subtle modeling of the face.

@upr_crust Coming along nicely--is that acrylic on canvas or oil?

today i got the second boating blazer. I have to admit it's one of my favorite jackets so far. i have combined it with this pink hopsack trousers i had made this summer. i have to admit, it's quite peacocky, but i love the look, make me feel like Gatsby. Day 8 of progress with my portrait. The face has been refined, and details of the background (the chest of drawers, the platter, and the mirror frame) have been filled in, along with details on the shirt. I expect that tomorrow will be the final session, in which my left hand and the wine glass will be finalized, as will be any more details will be refined. I look forward to the portrait's completion, though I will miss participating (as passively as I have, being the model) in the creative process.

I'm in agreement with your assessment, but may I suggest you save yourself some time and lose the initial caps on every word—you're not writing a title, you're writing sentences.
