The weather in NYC has been crappily wet all weekend, and will continue to be so throughout this evening. However, when entertaining a guest from abroad who wants to go out for drinks at a high-end venue, requiring some level of dress, one acts the gracious host and accommodates (with the anticipated participation of Uber to get us to and from the venue in question).
I bought this evening's suit to wear to my 40th high school class reunion, and my 50th is coming up next September. Happily, the suit still fits.

Cufflinks - The Persian Shop, NYC
Braces - New & Lingwood
Shoes - Harris, via Barney's NYC (sadly now defunct)

Thank you for your comment but I abhor big tie knots, to the point where I’d rather go with one too small. Stylistically speaking I think King Charles knows what’s up regarding tie knots.
