Contemplating the future at one of my favorite photo locations, the Stoner Park Japanese Garden in Sawtelle (West Los Angeles).

Brooks Brothers tweed jacket, BB#1 stripe tie, and cotton cable knit sweater vest, L L Bean blue and white University stripe OCBD shirt and corduroy trousers, Squarextraordinaire pocket square, and Allen-Edmonds suede shoes.

Every time I consider dumping my seldom worn RLP winter white flannels onto eBay, someone posts a picture like this and makes me reconsider and rescue them.

Opportunities for me to wear them are rare and the last time I had them on I just didn’t like the way they looked on me but I’ll probably give them another chance now!

I may futz around with mildly adventurous details, but this may well be about as frisky as I get with this suit.

Will certainly do that but wanted to use it first as a suit on campus. Next time, it will be paired with light brown slacks or something similar.

Respectfully, the purpose of a suit jacket is accentuate the chest and not the stomach. The jacket does the exact opposite, which tends to make it rather unflattering.

I genuinely appreciate the criticism. However, for this particular piece, only the opinion of @An Acute Style matters. If he tells me to burn it, it will be done. He does not listen to me regarding loafers but is the Norfolk master.
