I have been on vacation, traveling between Florence, London, and Paris for the last two weeks, only returning to NYC Sunday evening. There were occasions for which I had cause to dress up, and I did what I could to record such occasions, though not with the thoroughness of my usual postings. Venues include rooms in the Hotel Spadai, Florence; the Conrad St. James, London; and the Park Hyatt Vendome in Paris, and such restaurants as Degusteria Italiana and Salotto Portinari in Florence, La Tour d'Argent in Paris, and the Ivy Victoria and the Pem in London, as well as the stairs of the Royal Academy in London. The supporting cast of characters includes my husband, the gentleman known in these fora as Bernoulli, and an unnamed band of friends and acquaintances.

Yes, probably that massive collar would benefit from a larger knot.
I like how you don't directly reply to anything I post.

Massive collar is a standard 9.5cm collar length.
I don't feel the need for a large knot. Maybe you're trying to compensate for something?

Here's Kenji Kaga in the same structured 3 fold tie. I believe his collar length is 10cm.
