Not a big fan of Derby with complete suit but you do it well @chocsosa

Yesterday. Someone told me again on DPEC that a blazer with gold buttons doesn't go with a pocketsquare.

Bright tie for a gloomy day. Suit is actually slate blue. Sleeve shot shows a better approximation of the actual color.

Suit: Santandrea
Tie: Zegna
Shirt: BB

When you're tired of the traditional blazers, you gotta go with some color. Now saturated jackets are not a modern, "pitti" invention. This ivy sack blazer (with triple patch pockets) is one is from the 1960's.

Picked it up at a vintage warehouse in Hollywood that has some of the rarest stuff I've ever seen in great condition. This jacket was one of them!

1960's Jacket, vintage OCBD (thrifted), 1940's tie (eBay), Polo RL Trousers (thrifted), AE loafers (eBay).

I also wrote a blog post on non-navy, triple patch pocket jackets if you're interested!

@Tibor and I at the Los Angeles County Museum Of Art.

I'm wearing the Brooks Brothers brown herringbone tweed suit I bought in 1965, Brooks Brothers yellow OCBD shirt, and green pseudo-regimental emblem (wrong colors) tie, Jim Thompson pocket square, and Allen-Edmonds brogue suede Strands. Tibor is wearing a suit and hat he designed and a Ralph Lauren purple label shirt. Forgot to ask about his tie, pocket square, or shoes.

Some might recall the gaggle of bizarre comments a while back when Tibor posted a picture sitting indoors eating pizza with a knife and fork and wearing his hat.

This picture, Tibor sitting outdoors eating pizza with his hand and wearing his hat restores balance to the Universe and everyone can now live happily ever after.
