I didn't bought the Carmina Double Monks because I'm not all that crazy about the colour.
They just restocked the dark brown in the ultra soft calf
I know. Thats why I said it. :D
Well gents, it has been ages since I posted a fit. Feel free to tear into the jacket, as I just received it yesterday and decided to steam and wear it :tounge: The shoulders may be too wide to be wearable, but heaven help me I love Isaia! Also, does this colour shirt look ok with this moss green jacket?
It looks like the waist was taken in way too much. I don't think its passable, sorry.
Hoarder  Today I'm breaking that no-striped-odd-jacket rule (never really cared for it anyway). Cut off the head in the pics as the hair looked gruesome.
Im not denying it :) Your full length shot is spot on for fit, but I would remove 2 (maybe 3) patterns somewhere to make this passable. Fit is really good though.

While I agree, how can you tell from the picture? Does it look that tight? I need to learn how to judge my own stuff better

Draw an invisible line down from the furthest point out of the shoulder on the jacket, then draw one from the slimmest part of the waist. See what I mean?

Jacket: Peter Lee/Hardy
Shirt: CT
Tie: Hober
PS: Tie Rack
Trou: BB

This is kinda weird. We're wearing very similar jackets, the exact same shirt, and both of us have grenadines. I think your jacket fits better than mine. I was also planning on trying this combo with a navy tie, and I think the blue looks good with yours.

I have ditched my vintage 30's style for modern suits and classic hats.
