clags and pliny, good stuff.

jungle, love that suit.

rudals, i think you need to relax a tad when you get bad feedback on a fit. even when its true. dont be so hard on yourself, and dont edit out the pics. they will serve as motivation for the future and they will help others learn how to learn. believe you me, my first many WAYWRN fits were miles worse than anything you have posted.

:)

Whoah! Don't think I'm on your case - we're all friends here, and I liked your fit yesterday! You asked for suggestions, you got some. Don't ever be put off. People on here say all kinds of crap, me included. It's only the internet. OK, I know you're kind of kidding...but...just in case.

mimo, I don't think you're on my case at all. You're on the denim case and we all get good fun (and some education) out of it. I am wearing denim today and there was no reason to post my fit pic because it's not better than the last.

I was really just joking. Not feeling put off for sure.

1. Are the trouser legs too short?
2. If so, should I opt for a 1 inch cuff or eliminate the cuff?

While that length looks the prettiest in standing-still photos, I would really hate to walk around with trousers that short. Another half an inch or so and you'd be just about OK. If necessary, get a fake cuff to get the extra length. Ultimately, it's more up to how you feel walking about; if that's fine for you, cool. If not, lengthen them. It's not all about how they look when standing still.

Solid shirt and this would be pretty damn cool. I love this bowtie; details please?

My normal Clagpose came out blurred, so I'm using the shot where I was checking the color balance.

Your jackets are bespoke, aren't they? Get the tailor to fix the collars; they're loose (and a bit low too). I wasn't sure in your usual photo pose, but it's clearer here. Also, IMO the patch pockets could do with be a bit lower down the jacket than they are here. YMMV on that, of course.

I see what you mean on the right there. It may be because the door frame is pressing against right left side. I'll robopose next time to see if we can figure this out, then I'll have it corrected on my pattern.

What do you mean the collar is too low?

Couple questions to the folks here.

Good taste for the combination?
Do you think the collar length to short for my neck?

IMO your jacket collar could lie snugger & tighter your neck. The effect created is one of wanting to tug both lapels inwards around gorge height to get it looking perfect. That's the loose bit. The low bit may not apply at all; it's difficult to be sure of from the photo as we can't see all of your neck. If it were the case, the collar would sit lower than it should around the neck and fall away rapidly at the sides, giving the impression of looseness, but which would be fixed if you yanked the collar up a bit so it sits a bit higher on you around the neck. You can test that one out for yourself.

Shirt collar could be a bit higher, sure. But it's not egregious. Point length seems ok-ish, but if it were higher, you'd need longer points too, to compensate.

I leave it to others to judge taste. I happen to find the colours nice enough, but they do make me think of Windows 3.11 a bit.
