help in lapel description

i've got an overcoat ...its old...i'm thinkin '67-'68....got it at a thrift store...it fits great...its warm...but the lapel is unusual...i'm hoping someone more learned than myself might know the description for this for educations sake...its kinda odd looking...

dont think there is a name for it.
there are so many possible variations of lapels that most do not have names.
