Hello, I'm guessing this was a too good to be true situation, but I figured I would try my luck in case it wasn't. I just got this Brioni tie (pictures attached) on eBay for ~$30 including shipping selling from Orlando, Florida. I was wondering if anyone could direct me to resources that would help me determine if it is authentic? I'm quite new to this, but I'd like to find a few used Brioni ties for my husband as he'll be starting a new job soon and he likes that brand but new ties from them are out of our price range.

TIA!

I'm 99% sure it's real for the following reasons:

1. Aesthetically, it's a nice looking tie - consistent with Brioni.
2. The ID # is consistent with older models.

To be 100% sure, you would need to provide a picture of the writing on the narrow end of the tie (it should say something like "Handmade in Italy - 100% Silk".

Either way, good deal!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful response! It seems to me that $30 for a nice looking tie isn't a bad deal either way and hopefully it's authentic, which would be even better. I'll reply once I receive it letting you know if it has that writing on the narrow end.
