I find the staff to be pleasant, if not necessarily always helpful. There's one guy at the Melbourne store, whose name I forget, that is good in terms of saying "don't buy now, there's a sale in a week". Nearly picked up a Caruso suit, but for the fact that the flannel would have been a bit much for Brisbane weather.
