Anyone have any experience with GVH for returns?
I wanted to return a pair of shoes that don't fit right but if I'm getting hit for shipping both ways on a $40 pair of shoes, it doesn't seem worth it. Anyone know if this is the case?

it is the case. I don't understand why anyone would expect it to be anything different. Why should GVH take a hit on postage? The item was ordered by you, you picked the size/color/etc, got a tremendous discount and excellent service for the price. GVH more than fulfilled it's obligations to you. Now if GVH made an error - sent the wrong shoes, wrong size, etc. it would be different.

Easy guy, I'm not asking you to pay for the shipping. I was asking the community here for any helpful thoughts becuse I know other online stores offer free shipping both ways if needed.

Those places tend to be full-price, or close to full-price retailers, so you are paying for it, just not directly.

The reason you got a good price at GVH is because they dispense with things like free returns, etc.

I usually don't return things - I just resell them on ebay.

This is what I do too. Also I take better pics than the original listing and usually get more than I paid.

+1. Since I already have too much crap already, I'm only bidding when the price is really, really, really low. Easy to flip for a profit if it doesn't work out, and will get much of the price back.
