Good shops for the tall & skinny in London, England?

Background: I'm 6'4" 175 lbs, and have a hell of a time finding shirts that are slim enough yet have long enough arms.

Anyway, I'm going to be in London for a while, and it occurs to me that the potential for shops with clothes that would fit me, is way higher there than in my current podunk small city.

So: anyone know of some shops I should it? Or any other cool restaurants or places, for that matter?

MTM. I'm 6'3" 175 lbs. and until recently 160 lbs., with 14.5" neck and 36" sleeves. MTM is the only real option, although for years I bought Lands' End trim fit shirts in 15.5" neck, 35" sleeves and had an alterations tailor trim the body. Can't help with London specifically.

Most OTR London shirts don't have very long sleeves. Typical is 35", with the option to have it shortened.

So if you want to save time when you're there, do some web surfing through the major makers and see who offers a longer shirt. Then you can worry about whether the body fits.

I think they have 'high and mighty' shops but I've never been in them so can't comment on the quality or choice.

If you like Mexican food, I recommend Mestizo.

Not too worried about shirts specifically but I do know that many "fashionable" clothes e.g. hoodies or slim fit sweaters, have much longer sleeves. Please, gimme the names of some indie or small shops that sell that stuff...major manufacturers I can easily just find online.

And you can't get a sweater, long sleeve T or hoodie MTM can you?

Sorry I have no specific recs for you but having lived in UK and being 6'5" and trim myself, I can say that you will better luck finding OTR clothing there as the cuts are indeed slimmer and sleeves longer in general.

Liberty on Regent Street do a really good slim fit shirt and the sleeves might well be long enough. They are perfect for me and I'm skinny with long arms, though not as tall as you. They're £95.
