Amazing, may I ask what type of environment you work in to get away with this look? I dress like this all the time as a student, and I'm afraid I'll have to tone down my dress entering the real world.

Also, to not deviate too much, I never wear socks with any of my boat shoes. It can be done, but only with those shoes that do not have white soles. But remember, why would you want to wear socks on a boat as they'd get wet and gross?
