fur from winter jacket keep coming from inside

Hi there,
btw I am new to this forum. Nice to meet you all.
I have a winter jacket with delicate material on the pocket sections.
However it is annoying because seems like the fur inside the jacket can go through this material and I have spent significant time just to clean it with lint roller because they are very sticky.

So is this actually a bad winter jacket, or is it normal?
I asked some staff in the winter jacket shop and they said you just need to clean it and it is designed that way ?????

If so I would like to buy a new winter jacket that is not this annoying.
How can I know the jacket I am buying is not this one anymore
