I’m an admirer of Fox Flannel, particularly the mid grey in 400 g weight. Is that appropriate for wear in Alabama or will that be too hot? Option B is to stick with a similar shade in worsted. Thoughts?

I just got a sport coat in this fabric (https://foxflannel.com/collections/...ts/classic-flannel-prince-of-wales-dark-brown) and it's quite heavy. I probably would not wear it unless the temperature was below 55 degrees F.
I love that pattern!

We will average 37 deg for two months and then it will moderate. So I’m guessing I will get 2-3 mos use. I know tweed users have told me to avoid tweed as that works in Boston, but not so well in Birmingham. Flannels I’m sure about. Thx for the reply.
