My feet measure an 11.5. My heel is a C, but forefoot is a D width. Instep is about 10.5.
Brown on the left seems to fit better; should I stick with 11.5 or try 11? The guidance is “1 full thumb width is still our recommendation for most people. The instep (top of your foot) and width should be slightly snug out of the box. ”

- Brown feels more comfortable.
- My foot shifts around more in the brown, but not unstable
- In the brown there’s about an inch of space, maybe little more, between big toe and end of boot.
- Olive green is more form-fitting. Leather lays on my instep but is uncomfortable on my ankle bone.
- Olive is less comfortable in the toe box. About 1.25" between toe and end of boot
