Hey guys! Two quick Peruvian notes for the holidays:

1) Today is the deadline to order our Alpaca scarves and stoles and save 20%. We'll ship by 12/15 (hopefully a few days earlier than that).

Use the code alpaca20

Link to the scarves & stoles are here. The code only works on these items, not the sweaters.

2) I'm going to list these rad "Gaucho" throw blankets tomorrow. We'll have the order open for a week, with guaranteed delivery to you by 12/23 or earlier. They're a blend of baby alpaca and wool. Incredible hand and great colors! MSRP is $275, but we'll have them out at $195 for the week. They're an amazing gift.

The Gaucho blankets are live! Selling like crazy too.. huge thanks to everyone who ordered. Video presentation of them is above. Here's an overview:

1) Orders for holiday delivery are open until Thursday 11/30. Order before than and save $80 off the MSRP and get guaranteed delivery to your doorstep by 12/23 or earlier. They're priced at $195 each.

2) These are made in Peru of 50% Alpaca, 35% Virgin Wool, and 15% Nylon. They are a standard "throw" size at 75"x 50" (180cm x 130cm).

3) This blend is awesome. It's softer and warmer than pure wool. And the nylon content prevents it from pilling.

4) There's four colorsways avaialble. They each have easy muted tones and a beautiful mix of stripes and indigenous patterns. The designs recall the classic ponchos and blankets used by Gaucho horsemen of the 19th century.

5) They're wonderful to sleep or sit with. They look great on a couch or a chair. And they're comfortable to wrap around yourself on a cold morning.

Here's the four colors and purchase links. Feel free to post up any questions here!

Threads (the Meta version of Twitter) is kind of lousy IMO but I opened it up and was initially kind of horrified by this idiotic man-o-sphere post but then so wonderfully delighted by the first reply….

I am about to make my first Epaulet purchase, can't keep staying on the sidelines with the dusty rose tweed anymore... Fingers crossed everything fits!
Thank you for providing such interesting material options.
