Just got my Indigo Sashiko Doyle in, have been eyeballing it since last season. This probably goes without saying given all the praise it has already received, but I’m blown away. Easily one of the coolest pieces I own. Now I can’t wait to get my Sashiko Gunmetal and kinda wish I had gotten the Raisin too. Well done guys.

@DRJames excellent.. thanks so much and glad that you like it! We should have some extra full-price stock in both of those jackets when they arrive. Probably about two more weeks or so.

Hey Mike any updates on when the white sport trainers will be restocked?

@flashjack I actually don't have more white trainers arriving this season, but we'll have a full assortment of Ghost Horsehide in a bunch of shapes. Finishing up in Portugal as we speak.

@Duke Silver I don't have any wool Doyle's planned except for the Harris Tweed and Banana Yellow ones that just closed. That Moleskin piece is pretty killer for Los Angeles, I'm definitely grabbing one for myself.

@LaymanX just those two.. but honestly they're both the best that Southwick offers. By a mile. The fabrics we have are absolutely freaking insane too.

@kickstand hmmm, I can't do just one, so I'll have two according to weight:

First choice is Moon Olive Herringbone Tweed
The color is perfect on this and Abraham Moon makes a great, dependable yarn. We've sold a ton of their goods as trousers and jackets. It's a strong, beefy weight but it's not super heavy for indoor wear. It's an ideal FW piece for most climates. The weave and texture is interesting, but it's not so strong that it requires solids underneath. You could easily do patterned shirts and ties with it. And it works dressed up or down. If you go for this, I'd really encourage you to get a suit in it... the two pieces will look boss together and can easily be worn as separates.

Second choice is Harris Tweed Hunter Green Tartan
It's freaking amazing. Harris Tweed is a treasure and timeless. I've never seen a strong green tartan like this from them before. It's impractical for all the reasons that the Moon is practical (this is really thick, really strong pattern and bold colors) but it won't look like anything else out there. Harris Tweed has to be commissioned in these rare colorways, so it's a great pickup for someone into that cloth.

OMG it's so freaking good! Southwick featured it in their lookbook... I'll post up shots of that tomorrow. There's a great photo of the Burgundy Fox Bros Flannel too.
