Engraved Business Card Holder

I'm planning to buy a friend an engraved business card holder. Does anyone have a good suggestion for where to buy one? The initial internet searches I've done don't reveal any of decent quality.

It could be silver or leather--I have no druthers.

I use my alligator credit card case as a business card holder.

Colonel Littleton has some decent ones. Google it. I think Brooks Brothers does, too. Leather is nice because it's one less thing to toss in the bucket when you fly. Also check www.onthefly.com--they have nice leather goods.

I received a sterling silver card case one after I served as best man for one of my closest friends. It came from Tiffany. Sadly. it is still in the original box, as I have never used it. When I was working, I put business cards in each of the left hand outside pockets of all of my suits. A card case just seemed a bit precious to me.
