For those with who own the Galways on the 82, does it fit the same way as other shoes/boots on the 82? I wonder if the Galway, considered a country boot, is fit differently (or looser) because of this.

Fit is the same for me. Incidentally, the 82 last is the only EG last I own for which I cannot take a D width, and I must take an E width (and I have tried 82 lasted shoes and boots in D width ). For lasts 202, 606, and 888 I can wear an E width and D width interchangeably. For 184 lasted loafers I need a D width.

It was an EG Christmas for me, my Albert slippers, MTO Shannons and Oakdales all arrived this week.....

Where can I buy the Albert slipper in the US, aside from the Leffot version with the bunny rabbits on them?

Yes, they are 202 Last ( C width) , dark oak , on double leather soles .

Toe taps done by EG? As I'm sure you are aware when doing MTO you can have EG put in the sunken metal toe plates. I prefer them.

I just received my Galways, but the fit is definitely larger than my Chelseas. Both are 10.5E on the 82 last, the Galways seems to fit larger than my shoes on the 202 last.
