I like to think I have very standard shaped feet. I take the same size in 888, 202, 82, 915. However, I can go half a size bigger in 82 and 915 especially in lace-ups.

Pounded the London pavement all week with my Galways, they're as comfortable as GYW can get. Visited the EG on Jermyn St and if you're budget conscious, definitely go visit the factory store instead of the London store. They only had small selections of odd sizes/width on sale.

No duty on C&J that I ordered. I have some EG in route that I am curious to find out the answer to that very same question. If I get hit, it’s still a good deal. If I don’t get hit, it’s a killer deal. Either way, Cavour has been great to deal with.
Happy to report my Dover’s arrived from Cavour, via DHL, with no duty due.....

That's very good news.

Anyone have experience from past EG private sales in terms of how long it takes for the shoes to arrive from the UK via DHL?

I'm in no rush but am a bit anxious to try the Chelseas on for fit.

When I ordered last year they shipped the next day and I think it only took maybe 2 days to get to NYC.

Well I got some good news via text from DHL. They are delivering the Chelseas on Monday. Looking forward to it.
