I purchased these for myself based on Loake's sizing conversion chart, which states a 9 UK equates to a 9.5 US. These are more like a 10US.
These are goodyear welted with leather soles. Uppers are calf. Included is everything that I received including: the box, the green Loake cloth, and the book with the quality assurance control number. For full disclosure the box is slightly damaged from shipping as pictured, however the shoes are in unworn condition.
Below are outsole measurements I took.
Length - 310 mm
