I have a gym membership and go regularly, but also like to workout at home throughout the day. I want a doorframe bar that can be used for dips - in addition to pull-ups, and possibly upside-down hanging situps. Is there anything like this, or do I need to get a separate floor-standing dip bar?

I bought a pullup bar that attached to a doorframe from the Sports Authority for about $40. Needed some assembly (no tools reqd), and it works pretty well for pullups. Im thinking that if I place it on a chair, I can do dips with it as well, but I haven't tried it out yet.

iron gym is good for chins, but you can just do dips between metal folding chairs. works fine.

Install cripple rails on both sides of your toilet and dips while you're turding.
