I went out and bought some Tom's yesterday. Though spending upwards of $6 for 2.5 ounces of deodorant was a tough nut to swallow, I do smell nice and fresh now.

Anti-Perspirant = aluminum

Deoderant = no aluminum

The Crystal = works pretty well.

Sharps "Happy Me Pit" and Anthony's both work REALLY well (better than the Crystal) and they're both Deoderants.

I have 4 deodorants that I rotate to keep my body guessing.

Salt Crystal
Tom's
Kiss my Face
Rexona (brazilian brand w/o aluminum)

Rexona works the best by far, but I find my body getting used to it after a couple of weeks. I use Tom's, salt, and Kiss my Face for only a few days at a time. I still sweat when wearing these but don't stink.

i find that the tea tree oil natural deodorants work great for me. they come in a package like "speed stick" but are a lot more expensive, and I can only find them in the more frou-frou nutty/hippy/organic supermarkets.

Kiss My Face also works well for me, but I can't find it locally. So I use The Crystal, combined with cologne. By the end of a long, especially stressful day, I don't smell as fresh as I'd like.

Seems to..... or maybe the sweat is absorbed quicker by your shirt. Shaving definitely cuts back on odor, and you don't have to use as much deoderant. No more crust, cakes, flakes, etc. Looks better too as long as you don't have "manly man" issues.
