How about just emailing and asking them directly? They have been extremely helpful in answering all of my questions in the past.

It's in the neighborhood of $300-$350. I sent my shoes through my EG dealer, so I can't give you a precise figure. EG will take a long time, but they do a very good job. The shoes are like new, but better because they're already broken in.

I imagine it would only be 'bugging' if you asked all about it and then didn't send the shoes in to them for a resole.

From last May, here and here. Hopefully the price is still about the same.

Re relasting them down .5 in length, I was told results might look 'off' if there's a cap and/or medallion on the toe. No problem getting the HAF sole though.
