I just recently bought a new pair of black leather Clarks Desert Mali Boots. I really like them but they are the noisiest boots I've ever had. They creak like I'm wearing a leather jacket around my feet. The sound is coming from the leather everywhere on the boot. Even if I pick them up and move them around with my hands they're noisy. Do they just need to be broken in, or is it a sign of poor quality? I'd appreciate any input! Thanks!
Edit: The noise is primarily coming from the tongue area.
