hello all -- I'm currently looking at a pair of chinos from Pantaloni Torino made of a 65% cotton and 35% nylon blend.

admittedly, I'm a novice, but I haven't seen this specific blend before. Is there anything I should keep in mind before pulling the trigger on them?

I'd like to wear them for the summer and am in a place that gets quite hot and humid.

I just looked them up and they seem too expensive for a nylon blend.

It's hard to give material recommendations without knowing your style. Usual summer staples are tropical wool, linen, seersucker, and so on.

Additionally, the PT trousers look very, very tight. Looser fits are much better for breathability.

Thank you -- I do appreciate this!

This is the pair I was looking at: https://www.ehaberdasher.com/collec...30-31-dark-blue-plaid-flat-front-cotton-blend

If you get a chance to take a quick look, do your previous reservations about them still hold?
