Cotton/Linen pants recommendations

Summer's around the corner, but I tend avoid linen pants because they often look like crap after a few hours wear (I know that's part of the appeal to some, but rumpled slacks just don't do it for me).

I prefer cotton-linen blends. Anybody have any recommendations for a brand/shop, etc?

In the more affordable range, Banana Republic makes a nice blended pant for around $70.

I really like the fit of the vintage straight ones...it's a shame all the color choice went to the relaxed fit. I know linen is supposed to be a casual fabric, and I am normally all about relaxed fits, but it looks like those models are swimming in those pants.

low end you have Uniqlo, I saw tons of them last time I was in. Mid to high end I also saw a lot in Ralph Lauren.

It was more a figure of speech, but in the UK you can get pants for $2 on the sale at Primark, and as for 2k pants there are some I have seen for 3k+ usually couture items or some diamond buttoned, gold thread/linen/silk blend from Zilli. pants from Bijan would fetch far more than that too (given that ties are for $1000). But to answer the OP's question, your best decent priced cotton/linen pants are from Ralph Lauren (you can get a great looking pant all the way from the rugby label to the purple label depending on your fit and budget - but mostly the latter). Or just try high street; H&M has some great ones retailing now for dirt cheap - and given that white is easily stained, my suggestion would be not to splash out too much! Hope this helps.

I'll also add (when it's on sale) Theory. Check Bluefly.com, as they often have their pants on sale. I have an awesome ivory colored cotton/linen blazer I got from Thory last spring, and IIRC matching pants were available.

I have some fine heavier linen slacks in white from Aquascutum that don't wrinkle easily. Otherwise, I second the nods to Ralph Lauren and H&M with the added suggestion of looking at Hackett
