Frankly, I don't see the point. Roasting works fine without turning the bird.

Fresh rotisserie chicken (still warm) is nice. But when it gets cold (even heated up afterwards) I agree it gets slimy. Not too pleasant.

People who buy food from Costco deserve to ********. In fact, they are paying to do so (note: a few exceptions apply).

The best rotisserie chicken in the world is at Zakki's in Albany.

Same here. Store stuffed stuffing and all. Probably happens because I'm busy all day and don't eat, then see a ready cooked chicken at the store on my way home. What could be more convenient?

I could probably down 2 or 3 cornish hens in one sitting when I'm hungry. But I don't do that; it just wouldn't be proper.
