Better than just black. I remember Club Monaco once being very dull in terms of it's colors.

this is true. i remember even as recent as two years ago, my conception of club monaco was black and white.

Well, FWIW I was just in NY and went into the 57th St store to check it out--last time I was in an actual CM store was like 5 yeas ago--and it was a riot of spring colors: chinos, shorts, shirts. Tons of good spring/summer colors, including prints and patterns. So, I'm not totally sure what you guys are talking about, except that maybe the website and B&M realities are not really aligned...?

Yeah I went to Bloor, Eaton centre and yorkdale in one day last month and it looked like a rainbow threw up inside each store. I remember talking to a sales guy and they said the collections were based around one dominant color so who knows.

You sometimes have to wonder why they even bother pricing these clothes at such high prices? Especially when, if you're patient, you can find the same clothes drastically reduced in price a month or two later.

you have to understand that as big as SF is, we are like 1% of the entire population that shops at CM. especially girls ... who HAVE to try everything on and refuse to shop online cuz they cant see how it fits. i think thats stupid but its a girils mentality

Very true. But unlike most guys on here or they could be lying, I'm neither pretentious or make 6 figures. Who doesn't love a deal? I do!

The most expensive thing I bought other than my suit was Allen Edmond shoes which I got on discount as well lol...

Patience fellas, sales always happen pretty much every 3 weeks or so.

Lately they been getting some color in but to me it's always the same damn blue with a hint of green a hint of red and stuff. I walk by J crew which is located virtually next to Club Monaco and I see a TON of better options. Unfortunately here in Canada the prices are higher in J crew than it is in the states and J crew doesn't do sales as often as CM..

On that note. Anyone buy their plain and pocket Tee's? I only tried on one and it fit really well... Just curious how it will hold up?

Man this thing fit like a glove, I manly just wear dress shirts and pants in summer and sweaters in winter.. Thoughts? Should I get?
