Cleaning trick

The other night, I did a typical holiday-time accident, I spilled candle wax all over my new carpet.  However, at the behest of a friend, a put a brown paper bag over the spot and ironed the bag on the highest setting (with steam).  After a few passes of the iron, the wax melted and stuck to the bag, coming off and cleaning my carpet.  Just a tip I thought I would share for the holidays.....

Yea, I found that out from a friend who works at a church, and she should know.... (church = much wax on the carpet.

) I've had to do it at home, but I used two paper towels between the iorn and the rug... Thanks for bringing that up-great thing to keep in mind with all of the candles this time of year.
