As far as I know, the President is not an Oxxford tailored clothing customer.

Where to even begin with that paragraph.Cohen is considered a "master tailor" who has improved Oxxford's styles, making them more appealing to a younger clientele, according to one source. Still, his experience in big corporations is limited.
Is there a hard and fast rule of what "Master Tailor" means ? It is obvious Mr. Despos is a "Master" but if you aren't cutting a suit every day and night how do you get to be that ?
