I have a new pair of jeans I am looking to get tapered and hemmed. Does anyone know of a tailor to do this properly with a chain stitched hem in Calgary, AB? I understand Love Me Blue offered this service but the site is no longer active and their Facebook page looks to be abandoned.

Thanks for any help guys.

I had good experience with Hanna's Design & Alterations in SE

Finally had time to go see her and sadly she does not do a chain stitched hem. Left my pair of Unbranded along with three pairs of chinos with her anyways as she was so nice and her prices were very reasonable.

Will continue hunting for a place that can do chain stitching for future pairs.

I called around all the stores in Calgary that sell raw denim and the general consensus is that nobody can do a chain stitch hem. You will need to send it out.

Call understudy in Victoria Park. I recall seeing a blog post about them getting a chain stitching machine.
